The Snow Ball: A Tradition Renewed?

During a thematically appropriate snow fall, nearly two hundred Hackley students attended the Community Council sponsored “Snow Ball” on Saturday, January 25.
During a thematically appropriate snow fall, nearly two hundred Hackley students attended the Community Council sponsored “Snow Ball” on Saturday, January 25. Community Council planned the dance over the course of three months and a group of thirty students labored for hours to string holiday lights, festoon tables, and cut out paper snow flakes as they transformed the PAC into a winter wonderland. Reminiscent of the semi-formal dances that were a Hackley institution in earlier decades, students turned up in droves and all who attended raved about the event. It seems that new Hackley annual tradition may well have been born!
