Tuition

Hackley offers students a nourishing, expansive program full of challenge and opportunity, one that is very expensive to run.
Our tuition provides 90% of our school budget each year. Our parents see tuition, then, to be an investment in their children’s education.

At Hackley, your child will learn from passionate teachers, all deeply invested in the Hackley community and in the success of every student within it.  Our teachers get to know students outside of class, appreciating them as athletes, artists, and committed service volunteers.

These faculty relationships run so deep and last so long that our alumni return to visit their teachers as often as their friends.

Our unrivaled facilities and programs, which include spaces as modern as new computer labs and others as natural as our hiking trails through our woods, support wide ranging pursuits, from swimming lessons and organic gardening in Lower School to independent science research and advanced studio art in Upper School.

With an eye to supporting not only the programs and the buildings in which they are housed, but also the tireless faculty and staff who maintain our culture of caring and unreserved effort, our Board in consultation with the school administration sets out tuition each year.
