Girls’ and Boys’ Lacrosse Teams Bring Home League Titles
The Hackley Girls and Boys Lacrosse Teams have won their respective Ivy League titles this spring season. Read on.
Friday’s performance by Boys’ team earned Hackley a share of the title with Fieldston as each team recorded one loss –against each another--during the regular season. This marks the third consecutive year the boys have come home with at least a share of the Ivy League title.
These impressive records are just a small piece of what our lacrosse coaching staff has done for the young men and women who play on these teams. All of the coaching staff including Coach Arnold, Leffler, Stanek and Harrington have done an incredible job of not only teaching their athletes the sport of lacrosse but also the life lessons gained by participation. We are particularly grateful to them for their leadership.

Hackley Girls’ Varsity Lacrosse Team continues its incredible ride within the league. This marks the sixth consecutive year the team has gone undefeated in the league and the seventh consecutive year they have won the Ivy League title, a title they have secured 16 of the last 18 years.
These impressive records are just a small piece of what our lacrosse coaching staff has done for the young men and women who play on these teams.
