Strong 2nd half propels Hornets

Hackley stepped up its defense in the 3rd quarter allowing only 2 points while scoring 18. Jordan Wade lead all scorers with 17 points as well as pulling down 3 rebounds. Sofia Graziano added 11 points to go along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Ismene Germanakos totaled 7 points, 3 steals and 3 assisits. Sophia Petriello chipped in 5 points and Welyn Waterhouse lead the team with 6 rebounds.
The Hornets improve to 9-3 and host Poly Prep on Friday for the Winter Sting.
