2019 DuBois Lecture: LaChanze Sapp-Gooding

On March 12, Tony Award-winner LaChanze Sapp-Gooding P' 18,'19 offered this year's W.E.B. DuBois Lecture, an annual tradition honoring Black history and culture.  Originally scheduled for February but postponed due to snow, Ms. Sapp-Gooding's talk shared experiences and insights ranging from growing up in th segregated South to making it as an actor on stage and screen. Here are excerpts form her talk.
