Happy Halloween from the Lower School Orchestra
The Hackley Lower School Orchestra is excited to present their very first music video. In keeping with the goal of promoting creative expression through the arts, the students learned a fun piece with a bit of a Halloween theme and decided to take it to the next level and add a theatrical element.
The musicians learned the piece in the first month of school in just a few rehearsals and then began planning how to share it with all of you. They brought in props and costumes and worked with Mr. Tonken (video), Ms Chisholm (conductor), Dr. Rigby (cello and sectional support), Mrs. Steinberg (piano) , and Mr. Davies (celeste) to bring you this video.
