4th Grade Hall of Fame Museum
To conclude their Biography Research project -- an interdisciplinary effort that brought together literacy, history, library research skills, and technology skills -- Hackley fourth graders launched their "Hall of Fame Museum" on February 19.
Students began this collaborative research project with Lower School Librarian Anna McKay in January and then invited the entire Lower School community to stop by to enjoy the "museum" they created.
Each student researched an important figure in American History -- ranging from John Adams to Misty Copeland. They dressed as their subjects, displayed portraits they created of their subjects, and presented the slide shows they created on Chrome books.
