Sara Kratzok, Associate Director of College Counseling

Sara began her professional career as an admissions officer at an independent school in Seattle. She then earned a master's degree in higher education from a highly selective university in Cambridge, MA. Sara has served as a college counselor at a charter school in Boston, an independent school in Manhattan, and an international high school in Westchester. She also supported students and families as an independent college counselor with Collegewise, a nationwide college counseling firm. Additionally, Sara has honed her college admissions knowledge as an application reader for Wellesley College, NYU-Abu Dhabi, and most recently, Brown University.

 

Sara started at Hackley in July of 2023, and is thrilled to bring her expertise to the Hilltop. She prides herself on building stronger and more enduring relationships with students and parents, as well as reducing stress and increasing joy in the college admissions process. Sara lives in Irvington with her husband, two young sons, and one charming Corgi.
