Michael Celentano '10 Guest Speaker at Hackley
Michael Celentano '10 led a discussion for two Hackley AP Statistics and two Statistics and Probability courses in March. After briefly outlining his own circuitous route into the field of statistics and data science, Dr. Celentano offered a glimpse into the exciting and powerful ways the resource of data is shaping our world. He also provided examples of where big data analysis can go wrong and the importance of quantifying uncertainty.
