Joining your reunion committee is a great way to reconnect with your classmates, friends, and Hackley. Alumni volunteers make their milestones successful by serving as class leaders, encouraging fellow alumni to attend Alumni Day, and strengthening their philanthropic commitment by making a class gift. REUNION COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact classmates to encourage Alumni Day attendance which includes the reunion lunch, the Alumni Cocktail Party, and class pre/after party.
Promote and support reunion giving.
Confirm and update classmates' contact information and attempt to seek out your fellow Hornets with whom the school has lost touch.
Work with committee members to make the weekend special for classmates by planning the pre/after party.
Use personal networks and/or social media to generate excitement about your reunion.
Share thoughts about how to make the weekend A success, ensuring that Alumni Day and the reunion celebration are memorable.
Provide the Advancement Office with photos from the reunion and provide a recap of the day for Class Notes.
