Hackley GVLX Alums Killing It in College

The first weekend of May was an exciting one for some Hackley Girls’ Varsity Lacrosse alums, with successful conference tournament championships and bids to the NCAA in both Division I and Division III Women’s Lacrosse.  

Division I 
The Northwestern University Wildcats, with team member Leah Holmes ’20, earned a #4 seed in the NCAA tournament and will host their first game vs. Central Michigan on Sunday. 
 
Division III 
The Washington and Lee University Generals with team members Julia Thomson ’20 and Tatiana Monteleone ’19 won the ODAC Championship, earned a first-round bye, and will host a second-round NCAA game vs. the winner of Washington and Jefferson/Transylvania on Sunday.  
 
The Tufts University Jumbos with team member Bella Monteleone ’21 won the NESCAC Championship, earned a first-round bye, and will host a second-round NCAA game vs. St. Lawrence on Sunday.  
 
The Kenyon College Ladies with team member Annabel Ives ’20 won the NCAC Championship, earned a first-round bye, and will host a second-round NCAA game vs. the winner of Rhodes/Aurora on Sunday.
