The Just-in-Time Mentors Program

The Alumni DEI Committee is pleased to announce: The Just in Time Mentors Program. This new mentorship program invites alumni to connect with current 11th and 12th-grade students in a meaningful way. It promotes student-initiated pairing with an alumni mentor to foster relationships and opportunities for social and professional connections…Just in Time! Here are the goals and details:

Opportunity for alumni mentors to share their knowledge and experience in a semi-structured, flexible program.
A number of “drop-in sessions” scheduled for a mentor and one or more mentees to connect during the academic year.
Mentees join Zoom breakout sessions with individual mentors available during designated times and as schedules permit.
Mentors can commit to one or more meetings with mentees during a time and frequency most convenient for them.
Student mentees gain access to multiple mentors to help them answer questions and make connections based on their personal interests.
