Student-Athletes Spearhead Fundraising Campaign for Coaches vs. Cancer Initiative

In January, Hackley student-athletes Angelina Hummel ’26, Annika Duggan ’26 and Gabriella Petriello ’26 worked thoughtfully over many weeks with Mr. López-Prieto to plan and execute an awareness-building and fundraising campaign in the Upper School on behalf of the Coaches vs. Cancer initiative.

The students presented to the Upper School community in Diller Hall ahead of their fundraising bake sale and the Coaches vs. Cancer basketball tournament. Hackley then donated the funds raised to the American Cancer Society.
