In your admissions portal, please be sure to submit a new "Student Questionnaire."
Visit Hackley again (with your parents) for an Admissions interview. Please see our website for important information about class visits for student's applying to grade 5. Appointments can be scheduled in your admission portal once the family information form and application fee items are satisfied. Register for the ISEE or the SSAT and have the test scores submitted to Hackley School.
Submit updated teacher recommendations and transcripts (no sooner than November 5th); online teacher recommendation forms will be accessible in your online admissions account in the first week in November.
