Scholastic Writing Awards Regional Winners 2017
Twenty-five Hackley students in grades 7-12 earned a total of 36 awards (Gold Key, Silver Key, and Honorable Mention) in the regional 2017 Scholastic Writing Awards. According to Writopia Lab, the regional parter of The Alliance for Young Artists and Writers, “a panel of professional novelists, editors, teachers, poets, librarians, journalists, and other literary professionals selected these works from the 1,920 works submitted this year.”
