Despite having the smallest roster in recent years, Hackley wrestlers proved, time and time again, that they were just as fierce as they have always been, managing to win dual meets against Salesian, Stony Brook, and Hastings.

All five of our wrestlers competing at the Ivy Prep Championships placed, with freshman Jack Bosco taking second in the 113 pound bracket. Jack Kneisley, Giovanni Crispi, and Dewuan Burns placed third in their weight brackets, and Jimmy Jones placed fourth. At the NYSAIS Championships, Jimmy Jones finished in second place in the 126 pound weight class, Jack Bosco and Dewuan Burns placing third, and Jack Kneisley taking 5th place. Despite the odds stacked against our small team, Hackley wrestlers proved they still possess tenacity and great promise for the future.
