James Pratt '97 and Carlo Esannason '97's passion project

Carlo notes, “This passion project started off as a mission to ‘save the bees’ but we’ve turned it into so much more. It is now evolving into bee education, sales, and donating honey to the community. Pratt and I have been able to bring in so many classmates who help and support us on this movement - it is great. We’ve engaged other class alum, some faculty, and hopefully soon the rest of the Hilltop. On most spring/summer/ fall weekends you can find us posted up at the local TaSH or Irvington farmer’s markets and online at www.flyhoneyfarms.com.”
