Akshi won third place in her room for her research on an “Application of Chemical Modifications in gRNA to Alter CRISPR Editing Efficiency.” She will move on to present a poster at the Upstate JSHS in March.

Kiran presented his work on the “Development of a Python-Based Aircraft Flaps Model using the Multi-Disciplinary Optimization Software OpenMDAO,” and was selected to be an alternate for the upstate JSHS fair.
