Sarah Lucas ’01 stopped by the Hilltop this week to take students in Ms. Hannon’s Food & Power class foraging around the Johnson Center. Students learned about (and some even tasted) mugwort, white pine, dandelion and plantain. Did you know the Hilltop is teeming with delicious wild foods?!
