Will Guidara '97 & Chef Daniel Humm Buy Eleven Madison Park

Congratulations to Will Guidara '97 who, along with head chef Daniel Humm, recently took over full ownership of the restaurant Eleven Madison Park. It has been a big year for the pair: In addition to buying Eleven Madison Park they also earned their third Michelin star in the The Michelin Guide (Michelin's highest honor) and released Eleven Madison Park: The Cookbook. Will and Daniel recently sat down with eater.com for an interview touching on their new cookbook, inspirations, and Michelin stars.
