Andrea (Brantjes) Rouxel '92, a Culinary Institute of America alumna, has launched
Smitten, her own successful baking business. Focused primarily on cakes - wedding and special occasion cakes, as well as cupcakes, Andrea is also an expert at other desserts. Andrea previously worked with Roland Mesnier, the storied White House Executive Pastry Chef and constructed, from scratch, the 1995 (Clinton) White House Christmas Gingerbread House.
