Efficiency 2.0, along with Tom Scaramellino ’01and Ted Kramer ’01, acquired by C3

Efficiency 2.0, along with Tom Scaramellino '01 (founder & CEO) and classmate Ted Kramer '01 (Operations Manager), was recently acquired by C3. Efficiency 2.0 is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company that delivers customer-facing portals allowing utilities to meet their residential and small business energy efficiency targets. Similarly, C3 is a provider of enterprise-class energy management SaaS software solutions. “The combination of the two offerings will represent the first integrated family of energy efficiency solutions that serve all of a utility's customer segments.” It has been a big couple of months for Efficiency 2.0 - last month the company opened its new office in Manhattan and announced projects on 10 city buildings with Mayor Bloomberg.
