Will Guidara '97 and Eleven Madison Park attempt to redefine the dining experience

Starting shortly after Labor Day, Will Guidara '97 and Eleven Madison Park will be changing their entire dining experience. Eleven Madison Park in NYC, owned by Will and Chef Daniel Humm, is already considered one of the best restaurants in the country, but, despite their success, Will and Daniel look to transform their menu to a more interactive experience.
