Lower School's Springtime!

First and 2nd graders planted radishes and investigated seeds and garden tools. The 4th graders learned about the abiotic and biotic factors within the garden ecosystem, as well as the roles played by producers and consumers. They were trusted with the special privilege of using a garden fork to turn over some of the beds, and then built bamboo trellises and planted sugar snap peas.
