Hackley Wrestling Takes Home Top Honors at Lexington Tournament

The Hackley Wrestling team won the Lexington Tournament this past weekend, with all nine wrestlers placing in the top four spots in their weight class. Read on for details.

Robert Horan ’21 (99 lbs), Tyler Wyman ’21 (112 lbs), Jack Kneisley ’19 (145 lbs) and Giovanni Crispi ’18 (182 lbs) all brought home top honors at the tournament. Robert also won the Pin Award for most wins in the least amount of time. Other strong finishers included Jake Abraham ’21 (106 lbs) and Stefen Burns ’20 (160 lbs) taking second place, and Lara Schechter ’21 (120 lbs) and Alex Crispi ’21 (126 lbs) taking home third place finishes. Will Kneisley ’21 (152 lbs) placed fourth in his weight class. Congratulations on a great start to the season.
