Calculation + Collaboration = Creation

Ms. Kelley’s 8th grade Geometry class spent a few days in the makerspace this week creating 3D models that brought to life their work in class studying intersecting planes.

Working in collaborative groups, the challenge for students included using no more than 4 planes that met specific criteria, with at least four additional items selected from a long list.
