Beginning the Day with Salsa
It's Hispanic Heritage Month and the Hackley community is observing, celebrating and exploring aspects of Hispanic heritage and culture across all three divisions.
As part of this, Assistant Upper School Director Chris Arnold, with the help of students and colleagues, put together a playlist that celebrates Hispanic Heritage, and each morning, he shares out a song of the day.
One morning saw Upper School Homerooms waking up with Pedro Capo, Alicia Keys and Farruko, and on another morning, 8:05 AM saw them dancing to Rumba music with Celia Cruz, the "Queen of Salsa."
