Elizabeth LaBan '85 releases her fifth novel

Liz has written five novels including The Tragedy Paper, which was inspired by her senior English class. Liz recently wrote, "I honestly don’t think I would be a writer if I hadn’t gone to Hackley and, among other classes there, taken senior English with Mr. Naething. Not only did he support the love of writing I already had, but he gave me the tools to actually go forth and do it. I can’t tell you how often I think of him and that class."
