Athletes of the Week – Week of Feb. 13

Every week, the Athletics department highlights some exceptional Hackley Hornets who are helping to spur on their teams.

Swimming: Lola F. '27

Lola was the highest individual point scorer for the Women’s Swim Team at Ivy League Championships. Winning the 200 freestyle and placing fourth in the 100 butterfly, Lola earned 35 points as Hackley took second place overall. Lola also earned a silver medal in the 200 medley relay and 400 freestyle relay.

Wrestling: Grant Berhalter '24

Grant took up wrestling this year as a junior and has flourished in the sport. This past weekend, he took third in the NYSAIS Wrestling Championships, adding three more wins to his season. Grant is a very hardworking, coachable, and dedicated athlete.
