Thank you for reactivating your Admissions file!

To prepare last year's application for the 2021-22 admissions year, we just need you to do a few things.

Please note:  It is NOT necessary for you to complete a new Family Portion of the Hackey application, nor is it necessary for you to submit another application fee.

Follow the steps below to reactivate your application:
  1. Please complete the form to the right to update your family's current school and contact information.  Submitting this form will reactivate your child's application for the 2021-22 school year. Please note: if the family portion of your application is more than a year old you will need to submit a new application. Also, if you are applying to Kindergarten or first grade you will need to submit an additional $100 to cover the cost of your child's evaluation prior to scheduling appointments.
  2. Below is our "Additional Information" box. In it, please locate the listing for the grade to which you will apply for the 2021-22 school year and click "READ MORE"; here you will find other grade-specific items related to your application which you will need to complete by January 11, 2021.  NOTE: application requirements often change from one grade to the next; it is important that you note new documents or procedures to complete given your child's change in grade.
  3. Once you have completed your form and made your notes on all the above, allow a day and you will receive a communication from Kimberly Cummings on next steps. If you submit the form on a Friday, we will respond no later than Monday of the following week.
