Nine Hackley Student-Athletes Receive All-American Honors

Hackley is proud to announce that we have nine student-athletes who have been awarded All-American or Academic All-American status!

US SQUASH ALL-AMERICAN
Ben Korengold ’23
Ben received All-American recognition by U.S. Squash. This is granted to players who have reached the highest level in either junior tournament or high school league play.

USA LACROSSE ALL-AMERICAN
Cliff Chapman ’24, Lila O’Brien ’24 & Brooke Koffler ’25

Cliff, Lila and Brooke received All-American status from USA Lacrosse, which is awarded to a player who exhibits superior skills and techniques and possesses exceptional game sense and knowledge. A USA Lacrosse All-American is one of the best players within their respective areas of the country, while also embodying excellent sportsmanship.

USA LACROSSE ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICAN
John Churchill ’23,
Eleanor Neu ’23 & Welyn Waterhouse ’23
John, Eleanor and Welyn were awarded Academic All-American by USA Lacrosse, which is given to a player who exhibits exemplary lacrosse skills and good sportsmanship on the field, and who represents high standards of academic achievement in the classroom.

ABSOLUTE FENCING GEAR ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM & USA FENCING ALL-AMERICAN
Samuel Sugiura ’26 & Inkosi Brou ’26
Samuel and Inkosi were named to the Absolute Fencing Gear All-Academic Team and earned All-American recognition from USA Fencing. The designations are granted, respectively, to student-athletes who have excelled in high school with impressive GPAs and high school fencers who have achieved a high level on the fencing strip while also demonstrating excellent leadership and sportsmanship.
