Hackley were 3-1 down with 3 matches left to play. We needed to win all 3 matches to beat Poly Prep.
Lissa scored a comfortable 3-0 win bringing the score to 2-3. Emily was 2-0 down by the time Amelia went on court and things were not looking good. Amelia got to business and disposed of Poly Preps #1 in an impressive 3-0. Meanwhile Emily had managed to pull her match back to 2-2. Match scores were now 3-3 and everything rested on Emily's final game. True to form Emily kept us on the edge of our seats the whole game waiting until 9-9 to finally pull away and finish the match 11-9! Awesome come back and a great win for the girls!
