Mentor-Led Clubs
Mentor-Led Clubs are just one of the many ways in which our mentors take on leadership positions and have the opportunity to share their interests with the middle school Scholars.
Mentors are asked to plan and run daily classes on a topic about which they are passionate. Mentors must craft age-appropriate activities, manage the classroom dynamic, and keep the Scholars engaged and learning throughout. There is no doubt that the mentors’ energy is contagious and their impact on the Scholars is palpable. Equally clear is the learning and growing that the mentors undergo by running the Mentor-Led Clubs.
