Girls Basketball Off to Strong Start

The Hackley Girls Basketball Team reeled off three wins in the last week beating Dalton, Poly Prep and Rye Country Day School to raise their early season record to 5-1.

The team was led by Junior forward Sophia Graziano who was one of the top scorers and top rebounders in each game. She is averaging 8.3 rebounds and 14.6 points per game. Jordan Wade ‘19 is leading the team in scoring with 15.6 points per game and Belle Thomas ’19 is averaged 6.3 rebounds per game. The team is playing well and poised to be a real contender in the second half of the season.
