Hudson Valley Young Musicians Concert in Allen Memorial Hall

Hackley School is partnering with the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center to host the first Hudson Valley Young Musicians Concert on Sunday, February 2nd and we are pleased to announced that one of our Upper School chamber groups, comprised of Eliana Lee '20, Oren Tirschwell '20, and Marie Wurtz '22, has been selected to perform.

This partnership has been encouraged by the Strategic Plan initiative to Promote the Hilltop as a Learning Hub by elevating the arts and engaging and linking Hackley students with the broader creative community.

Eliana, Oren and Marie will perform the 1st movement of Paul Schoenfield's Café Music. The students, along with seven other groups from the Hudson Valley and Connecticut, will receive coaching from Lincoln Center artists on January 26 before gearing up for the concert on February 2.

One group will be selected to perform at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center on Thursday, April 30th. Please join us in congratulating Eliana, Oren,and Marie for their hard work, dedication, talent, and mature approach to chamber music repertoire.
